Mortgage Advisor II – Branch

About the role

Achieve is launching its mortgage business in Missouri and seeks a call‑center loan officer who may also serve as Branch Manager or Qualified Individual. This full‑time, onsite role focuses on residential HELOCs and future mortgage products.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate applicants' financial status, credit, and property details to determine mortgage eligibility.
• Advise and educate clients on Lendage mortgage products and guide them through the application process.
• Complete mortgage applications, gathering required documentation for approval.
• Operate the Loan Origination System, CRM, credit vendor system, and related software throughout the end‑to‑end mortgage process.
• Maintain constant communication with prospects, loan applicants, and third‑party vendors, providing continual follow‑up.

Required profile

• Current Missouri resident.
• Active NMLS license (or ability to reactivate) and passed the SAFE exam.
• Minimum 3 years of mortgage lending experience.
• Ability to obtain state and federal MLO licenses within 45 days.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of an entrepreneurial team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Loan Origination System (LOS).
• Experience using CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with credit vendor systems.
• Knowledge of NMLS licensing requirements.
