Monitoring and Compliance Regional Manager

About the role

The State of Georgia’s Department of Public Health is seeking a Monitoring and Compliance Regional Manager to lead early‑intervention activities across a designated region. This federally‑grant‑funded position ensures that Part C programs meet state and federal regulations while supporting provider networks.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general supervision, technical assistance, and training for local Part C programs.
• Conduct monitoring, audit, and compliance activities to verify adherence to Part C requirements.
• Lead and coordinate early‑intervention initiatives for the region.
• Serve as the subject‑matter expert on early‑intervention policies and procedures.
• Assist the Provider Relations team with recruitment and retention to maintain the BCW Provider Network.
• Participate in Provider Relations office hours and support state team members.

Required profile

• Experience in public‑health program monitoring, compliance, or early‑intervention services.
• Knowledge of Part C regulations and federal/state grant requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership and coordination abilities.
• Strong communication skills for training and stakeholder engagement.
