Telemedicine Primary Care MD/DO (Georgia)

About the role

Circle Medical is seeking board‑certified Family or Internal Medicine physicians licensed in Georgia to provide adult‑only primary care through a telemedicine‑first model. Physicians will work remotely, delivering 15‑ to 30‑minute video‑audio appointments and maintaining continuity of care for an empaneled patient panel.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct telemedicine primary‑care visits for adult patients, following evidence‑based guidelines.
• Set and manage a flexible recurring schedule, including evenings and weekends, across a 7‑day operation.
• Collaborate with patient‑care advocates and a licensed medical team to ensure follow‑up and coordinated care.
• Utilize Circle Medical’s proprietary HIPAA‑compliant EHR and other software tools for documentation and prescribing.
• Assist patients in understanding PPO insurance coverage and help with billing coordination.
• See each patient in‑person at least once per year as required.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with current Georgia medical license.
• Valid Georgia DEA registration with all schedules to prescribe medications, including Schedule 2.
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• At least two years of post‑residency clinical experience (strongly preferred).
• Commitment to evidence‑based medicine and willingness to treat a broad range of adult primary‑care conditions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with telemedicine platforms and video‑audio appointment technology.
• Experience using an electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Technical competence with a PC running Windows 11 Pro or a Mac model newer than 2021.
