About the role

The Richland School District seeks a qualified substitute teacher to cover middle school science classes from early November 2026 through early January 2027. The role involves delivering the existing science curriculum to middle school students on a temporary basis. The district is prepared to provide emergency certification if the candidate requires it.

Required profile

Must possess or be willing to obtain Pennsylvania teaching certification, with the district able to emergency certify if needed.
Must submit current Act 34, Act 151, and Act 114 clearances, a letter of interest, an up‑to‑date resume with email address, a completed Standard PA Teaching Application, transcripts, certification documentation, and three recent references (less than one year old).
