Mid-Level Retail Architect

About the role

Gensler is seeking a mid‑level architect to join its retail design team. You will collaborate with architects and designers to deliver innovative retail projects from concept through construction, leveraging your technical expertise and industry experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and develop innovative solutions for complex design challenges.
• Facilitate communication among project teams, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and permitting officials.
• Maintain project manuals, specifications, and documentation.
• Conduct site visits, process submittals, substitution requests, and RFIs during construction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Licensed or registered architect.
• 5+ years of experience in a commercial design firm, including commercial interiors.
• 4+ years of experience using Revit.
