Mid-Level Architect

About the role

CUBE 3 is seeking a Mid-Level Architect to join its multidisciplinary design team. You will be responsible for guiding projects from early schematic design through construction documentation, collaborating with senior staff and clients to deliver high‑quality architectural solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop presentation materials, schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
• Create and manage 3D models and renderings using Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors during construction administration.
• Ensure designs meet budget, schedule, and programmatic requirements.

Required profile

• Several years of professional architectural experience, preferably in a design‑build environment.
• Ability to work independently and make design decisions with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills for client presentations and team collaboration.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
