Microsoft 365 Senior Consultant

About the role

Protiviti is hiring a Technology Consulting Senior Consultant for its Microsoft 365 team in New York City. As a Senior Consultant you act as mentor, trainer and coach to interns and consultants, helping them complete project work plans, spot risks and opportunities and build strong relationships with client personnel and professional associates. With manager approval you may take responsibility for decisions on project scope, staffing, deliverables and methodology.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor, train and coach interns and consultants on project work plans
• Identify risks and opportunities to increase efficiency
• Strengthen relationships and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
• Under manager direction, help set project scope, staffing, deliverables and apply methodologies

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. MIS, Engineering, Computer Science) preferred
• 2+ years of experience designing, building and deploying enterprise solutions with Microsoft technologies
• Interest in project management, team leadership and working with a diverse portfolio of clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences

• Microsoft 365: Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint Online
• Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
• Security and compliance: Purview, Defender, Intune, Entra
• Preferred.NET, C#, SharePoint Server-side objects, JSOM, Azure, HTML5, CSS, jQuery, PowerShell
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); secondary emphasis on Visio and Access

What we offer

• Salary range of $103,000-$156,000, with a 10% bonus target
