Microsoft 365 Architect Manager

About the role

Protiviti is looking for a Technology Consulting Manager to join its growing Microsoft 365 team in New York City. As a manager you will partner with clients to solve complex business problems, build lasting client relationships, act as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market, and mentor, train and coach consultants and senior consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to solve complex business problems and give impactful advice and solutions
• Develop lasting relationships with client personnel and deliver quality products
• Foster a network within the business community and act as an ambassador of Protiviti
• Mentor, train and coach consultants and senior consultants, helping them complete project work plans
• Take part in preparing client proposals and strategies to win new business

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. MIS, Engineering, Computer Science) preferred
• 5+ years of experience with a strong emphasis on architecture and implementation of Microsoft 365 security and modern work technologies
• Experience presenting to clients and working with global and large M365 tenants
• Leadership and direct supervisory experience, including performance appraisals, mentoring, coaching and cross-team coordination
• Interest in project management, team leadership and client relationship building

Required skills

• Experience with the Microsoft security and compliance suite, especially Purview tools (Information Protection, DLP, Records Retention, eDiscovery)
• Experience delivering business solutions on Microsoft 365 (GCC and GCCH expertise desired but not required)
• Knowledge of Entra, PowerShell, PnP, Azure, Microsoft Graph, Microsoft Migration Manager and third-party migration tools
• Understanding of information architecture, taxonomy and knowledge management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint

What we offer

• Salary range of $133,000-$213,000, with a 12% bonus target
• Hybrid workplace with variable remote and in-person mix, and occasional client travel
