Merchandising Sales Associate

About the role

The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) member travels to stores within an assigned district to execute planograms, assemble merchandise and fixtures, and maintain signage while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. This role blends hands‑on merchandising with customer interaction in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to multiple store locations using a personal vehicle.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and on time.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs; hang and maintain store signage.
• Perform store measurements, cycle counts, and detailed recovery of planogram integrity.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service using the GURA framework (Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Add value).
• Maintain regular attendance, work varied shifts, and provide peak coverage as needed.
• Communicate progress and issues proactively with the District FAST Supervisor.

Required profile

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience.
• Preferred knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding.
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
