Merchandiser – Retail Displays & Stock Management

About the role

Join Breakthru Beverage as a Merchandiser in the Glendale and North Phoenix market. You will bring top beer, wine, and spirits brands to life on store shelves, creating eye‑catching displays and ensuring products are well stocked and organized.

Key responsibilities

• Build creative in‑store displays that highlight brand positioning.
• Stock, rotate, and organize products to maintain a fresh, appealing shelf.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure items are placed correctly and on time.
• Handle POS material, execute store resets for remodels, grand openings, or seasonal changes.
• Develop strong relationships with store teams and act as a trusted partner.
• Provide feedback to the sales team on merchandising performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Communicate out‑of‑stock situations and new item introductions.
• Maintain safe and responsible handling of alcoholic beverages.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for traveling between customer locations.
• Ability to work independently, stay active, and manage a full‑time schedule (Monday‑Friday, 6:00 AM‑2:30 PM).
