Member Services & Membership Manager – Driftwood Downtown

About the role

The Member Services and Membership Manager will be the primary liaison between Driftwood Downtown members and club operations, ensuring a vibrant community and high‑quality experience. Based onsite in Austin, TX, you will lead recruitment, retention, and day‑to‑day member interactions while supporting the Events and F&B teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead membership recruitment, including prospect outreach, club tours, applications, approvals, onboarding, and processing.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet acquisition, retention, renewal, and revenue targets.
• Analyze market trends and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective members, current members, industry partners, and community leaders.
• Represent Driftwood Downtown in the greater Austin community to boost brand awareness and generate qualified membership opportunities.
• Partner with General Manager, Finance, and Marketing to create forecasts, campaigns, and strategies informed by local market data.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, memberships, sales, and revenue; prepare regular performance reports.
• Monitor sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and concierge for members, guests, and prospects, delivering timely communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience in membership sales, hospitality, or club management.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with an ability to engage members, prospects, and community partners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a visible presence during peak club hours.
• Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
• Collaborative mindset to work closely with General Manager, Events, and F&B teams.
