Member Engagement Specialist – ELITE Dental Alliance

About the role

The Member Engagement Specialist partners with Cain Watters & Associates to manage a portfolio of ELITE dental members referred by strategic partners. Reporting to the Vice President of Member Engagement, you will provide high‑touch support, drive vendor utilization, and ensure long‑term member retention.

Key responsibilities

• Attend and support CWA financial planning consultations as the ELITE liaison, capturing notes and follow‑up actions in HubSpot.
• Manage onboarding and activation of partner‑referred members, delivering personalized walkthroughs of benefits and vendor options.
• Identify and coordinate warm introductions to vendor partners that align with member clinical, operational, and financial goals.
• Maintain accurate lifecycle engagement records, schedule regular touch points, and proactively address drops in activity.
• Log all member‑facing activity, consult outcomes, and tasks in HubSpot to keep data integrity and visibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 2+ years in account management, sales, client success, or consultative roles.
• Experience in dental, healthcare, or group‑purchasing environments is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
