About the role

Infosys is seeking a Medicare Advantage Regulatory Consultant to join its Healthcare unit in Tempe, AZ. The role focuses on analyzing regulatory requirements, supporting product design, and ensuring compliance with Medicare Advantage programs.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze functional and non‑functional requirements, document customer needs, and assess technical feasibility.
• Conduct market studies, competitive analysis, and risk assessments to define product features.
• Assist in architectural design, scalability and performance assessments, and integration planning.
• Develop prototypes, user‑experience elements, and small feature enhancements.
• Coordinate implementation checklists, integration procedures, and SOP documentation.
• Support production issue analysis, incident logging, and resolution validation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; three years of progressive experience may substitute for each year of education.
• Experience in US healthcare regulatory compliance, especially Medicare Advantage programs.
• Hands‑on experience with CMS audits, HIPAA compliance, and risk‑based decision making.
• Ability to work onsite in Tempe and travel as needed.
