Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician (Contractor)

About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a qualified Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) physician to join its faculty on a contractor basis. This position involves delivering specialized patient care and providing mentorship to trainees within the OB/GYN department.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive maternal‑fetal medicine clinical services to patients.
• Supervise and educate OB/GYN residents and MFM fellows in patient management and procedural skills.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality obstetric care.

Required profile

• MD or DO degree with completion of an ACGME‑approved OB/GYN residency.
• Fellowship training in Maternal‑Fetal Medicine from an accredited program.
• Valid Arkansas medical license and DEA certificate.
• Current board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN (ABOG).
