About the role

OVME is seeking a skilled Master Aesthetic Practitioner to join its nationwide network of studios. You will deliver non‑surgical cosmetic treatments, including neurotoxin and dermal filler injections, while ensuring a premium client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess aesthetic goals and medical history.
• Perform neurotoxin and dermal filler injections with precision, respecting facial anatomy, symmetry, and dosage.
• Maintain detailed treatment records in the company’s client management system.
• Educate clients on pre‑ and post‑treatment care, potential side effects, and expected outcomes.
• Identify, manage, and promptly escalate any treatment complications.
• Uphold OVME’s culture, professional ethics, and confidentiality standards.
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, safe, and compliant with medical regulations.
• Contribute to studio budget goals and overall performance metrics.

Required profile

• Licensed aesthetic practitioner with extensive experience in non‑surgical cosmetic procedures.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑quality neurotoxin and filler results.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to client safety.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and follow regulatory standards.
