Marketing Associate

About the role

ShipSaving is seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Marketing Associate to support its fast‑growing shipping‑solution platform. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to produce compelling content, execute digital campaigns, and help drive brand awareness across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Write and edit copy for social media, website, blog posts, and advertising materials.
• Implement and maintain SEO/SEM strategies, including keyword research and market analysis.
• Create, send, and optimise email marketing campaigns.
• Assist in the design and production of marketing assets such as print ads, online banners, and brochures.
• Support the planning and execution of promotional events and digital campaigns.
• Communicate directly with clients to build trust and gather feedback.
• Monitor marketing trends and identify opportunities for innovation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Experience as an administrative, sales, or marketing assistant.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Good organisational abilities and proficiency with standard computer tasks.

Required skills

• Digital marketing experience.
• Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM principles.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools.
