Marketing Associate, DVT

About the role

Stryker is hiring a Marketing Associate for its Peripheral Vascular, Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) business in Irvine, California. The role supports life-saving therapies and helps shape how DVT patients are treated across hospitals nationwide. It sits in a fast-growing franchise where marketing, sales and clinical strategy intersect. The position is on-site, with 4 days per week in the office and work from home on Fridays.

Key responsibilities

• Support downstream marketing for the DVT franchise, including product marketing and market development initiatives
• Assist with trade shows, medical education programs, customer engagements and other field-based marketing activities
• Help develop educational materials on DVT disease awareness, patient pathways and treatment approaches
• Turn clinical studies, product data and market insights into clear, repeatable messaging and marketing materials
• Partner with sales teams through ride-alongs and meetings to understand customer needs and hospital workflows
• Help create and organize sales enablement tools and gather Voice of Customer and Voice of Sales insights
• Coordinate marketing projects and pilots by tracking timelines, deliverables, feedback and learnings
• Maintain marketing materials, presentations and documentation
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Management and Clinical teams and external partners

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree
• 0+ years of experience required
• Preferred: degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences or a related field
• Preferred: internship or recent experience in marketing, sales, healthcare/medical device or customer-facing roles
• Able to learn clinical concepts and explain them clearly

What we offer

• Pay range of $68,900 - $95,800 USD annually
• On-site work in Irvine with 4 days in the office and Fridays working from home
