Marketing and Events Manager

About the role

DataVizion is seeking a Marketing and Events Manager to own end-to-end marketing programs, from memorable events to a clean HubSpot engine and fully utilized MDF dollars. The role is designed for growth, offering structured mentorship toward director-level ownership as your strategic capabilities develop.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute events and sponsorships, handling logistics, communications, onsite coordination and outcome reporting.
• Administer HubSpot, managing workflows, reporting and data hygiene independently.
• Own market development fund (MDF) planning, submissions, tracking and reconciliation.
• Create content and collateral such as brochures, one-pagers, case studies, social posts and slide decks using the company’s messaging framework.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations and subject-matter experts to deliver sales enablement support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a technical, IT or professional services environment.
• Hands-on marketing automation experience; HubSpot experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and run programs end-to-end with minimal supervision.
• Comfort presenting to sales teams and customer-facing stakeholders.
• Experience producing collateral, social content, sales enablement materials and case studies.
• Willingness to travel to events in Nebraska and Iowa.
