Required profile

  • Six years of hands-on project experience, including three of four areas: training, systems requirements, operational requirements and test and evaluation.

  • Public speaking and presentation skills, and experience developing curricula or documentation.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, self-starting, organized and able to manage time and travel logistics.
  • U.S. citizenship, eligibility for an international passport and visa, and ability to obtain and hold a Secret clearance.
  • Eligible for medical and dental physical screening.
  • Preferred: former JOMIS contractor trainers or Navy Medicine active-duty/reserve experience.

Required skills

  • Two years of hands-on AHLTA/ALHTA-T and Windows 11 experience.
  • Strong Word, Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint and SharePoint skills.
  • CompTIA Security+ certification or ability to obtain it within 12 months of hire.

What we offer

  • Proposed pay range of $71,800 to $150,800, depending on location, experience and skills.
  • Healthcare, wellness, financial, retirement, family support, continuing education and time-off benefits.
