Manufacturing Test Engineer

About the role

Drive manufacturing excellence by resolving production issues, optimizing test processes, and developing manufacturing software and test systems. Partner across teams to improve quality, yield, efficiency, and compliance in system-level manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily engineering support to manufacturing operations to meet production targets, quality standards, and on-time delivery.
• Lead root-cause investigations, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous-improvement initiatives through data analysis.
• Serve as the technical expert for system-level manufacturing test processes, supporting AIM, Safety, FAT, and other test stations.
• Develop, validate, and optimise test processes to enhance repeatability, efficiency, data integrity and overall performance.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing software, automation tools, and system integrations while supporting compliance and CAPA activities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, test engineering, software engineering or related technical roles.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Sciences or a related discipline.

• Salary range $95,250 – $127,000 per year.
