Manufacturing Supervisor - 2nd Shift

About the role

The Production Operations Supervisor leads a compact team on the 2nd shift, driving manufacturing performance, ensuring safety, and delivering high‑quality products while aligning financial plans with company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise a compact team on the 2nd shift, ensuring efficient task execution and productivity.
• Develop financial forecasts and annual plans that align with organizational goals.
• Optimize manufacturing performance by improving productivity, equipment utilization, and efficiency metrics.
• Provide ongoing training on production processes and health & safety protocols to maintain operator competence and safety.
• Implement Lean methodologies and support seamless New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 + years of experience in industrial, manufacturing engineering, supply chain, or related fields, with a vocational education or a bachelor’s degree.
• Lean leadership training or certification.
• Ability to meet the physical, cognitive and environmental requirements of the role, with or without accommodation.
• U.S. work authorization and residence within commuting distance of Reedsville.

• Base salary range $67,500 – $108,000 per year, plus potential annual incentive bonus and long‑term incentives.
