Assembler 1 – 2nd Shift

About the role

The Assembler works on the 2nd shift to set up and operate machines that assemble and process individual products. You will handle small, delicate components with precision, using hand tools, soldering equipment and specialized machinery while following documented procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate assembly machines for individual product processing.
• Handle small, delicate parts with high accuracy using hand tools and soldering equipment.
• Perform electro‑mechanical assembly operations following documented sequences.
• Record and report daily production metrics accurately.
• Participate in team improvement projects and skill‑development initiatives.

Required profile

• High school diploma, vocational training or equivalent.
• No prior experience required.
• Ability to work the 2nd shift onsite in Reedsville, PA.

Required skills

• Hand tool operation.
• Soldering equipment usage.
• Machinery operation for assembly.
