Manufacturing Supervisor – Rotating Days/Afternoons Shift

About the role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a production team at our Cottage Grove, MN facility. The role operates on rotating days and afternoons shifts, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Guide personnel in safe handling and disposal of hazardous waste while meeting environmental standards.
• Schedule work priorities, coordinate maintenance, allocate assignments, and monitor workflow in line with engineering directives.
• Coach employees, provide feedback, and resolve conflicts through corrective actions.
• Deliver training on operational processes, tools, equipment, and safety requirements.
• Maintain a safe work environment by reviewing OSHA regulations, conducting safety audits, and addressing safety‑related issues.
• Analyze statistical data to identify trends, troubleshoot equipment downtime, and implement improvement plans.
• Handle shift administrative tasks such as time reporting, attendance, vacation planning, and overtime documentation.
