Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

About the role

Prince Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to keep its production equipment running smoothly. The role involves repairing, maintaining and improving CNC machines, hydraulic and pneumatic tools, and building systems across a busy manufacturing plant.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and corrective maintenance on CNC machines, engines, motors, pneumatic tools and related equipment.
• Execute preventative‑maintenance schedules, replace belts, filters, fans and lubricate moving parts.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic failures such as drives and servos.
• Assist and coordinate with external contractors, acting as liaison and reporting to leadership.
• Maintain HVAC systems, perform minor electrical repairs and conduct basic remodeling tasks including painting to prevent corrosion.
• Ensure clean and organized work areas and adhere to safety documentation.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three years of mechanical maintenance experience, preferably in a CNC or fabrication environment.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals and maintenance procedures.
