Manufacturing Engineering/Operations Co‑op – Fall 2026

About the role

This co‑op position with Bosch Rexroth will give a student hands‑on experience in manufacturing engineering and operations. Over three rotations you will work within the Manufacturing Operations and Engineering Functions Department, supporting real‑world projects that improve production processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support and lead technical projects across multiple operational areas.
• Provide day‑to‑day project assistance to Manufacturing Operations & Engineering (MOE) team members.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement optimisation ideas.
• Lead assigned projects in cross‑functional teams.
• Generate, update, and maintain technical documentation.
• Collect, organise, and analyse technical data to support continuous‑improvement initiatives and troubleshoot production issues.
• Participate in on‑demand projects, including exposure to Bosch Production Systems (BPS) for process standardisation and performance.

Required profile

• Enrolled in an engineering, manufacturing, or related technical program and available for a Fall 2026 co‑op.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proactive attitude toward problem solving.
• Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams and communicate technical information clearly.
