About the role
The MacArthur Foundation seeks a strategic, values‑driven executive to lead its People & Culture agenda, reporting directly to the President and serving on the executive leadership team.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a senior advisor to the President and senior leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, culture, and employee engagement.
- Lead organizational change initiatives, including redesign and culture transformation, to support evolving strategic priorities.
- Champion the use of technology and people analytics to modernize HR practices and improve efficiency.
- Develop and oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning processes.
- Foster an inclusive workplace culture aligned with the Foundation’s mission, partnering with the Equity Office and the Just Imperative.
