Manager, Platform Solution Development – Business Analysts

About the role

Lead the definition, delivery, and continuous improvement of business analysis and solution design capabilities for a shared insurance platform. You will translate business needs into high‑quality, scalable solutions while building and managing a high‑performing team of Business Analysts.

Key responsibilities

• Define and enforce consistent requirements practices across platform modernization initiatives.
• Own solution design standards and ensure alignment with product, technology, operations, and support teams.
• Drive solution quality, delivery efficiency, requirements reuse, and reduction of rework.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and manage performance of a Business Analyst team.
• Informally lead cross‑functional contributors to achieve platform‑aligned solution patterns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain accuracy, traceability, and continuity of platform solutions.

• Proven people leader with experience building high‑performing Business Analyst teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across product, technology, and operations.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into scalable, high‑quality solutions.
