Manager, Patient Support Strategy

About the role

Acumetis is seeking a senior manager to lead patient support strategy projects for pharmaceutical and biotech clients across the Northeast US. The role is client‑facing, hybrid/remote, and involves shaping strategic direction and delivering measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end client engagements, managing multiple workstreams and serving as the primary day‑to‑day contact.
• Oversee development of deliverables such as business cases, therapeutic landscapes, launch strategies, and strategic frameworks.
• Manage and mentor consultants and analysts, structuring workplans, delegating tasks, and ensuring quality.
• Lead vendor RFP/RFI processes, hub and specialty pharmacy implementations, and SOP/BRD creation.
• Support financial modeling, forecasting, and risk mitigation for patient services programs.
• Contribute to business development through proposal writing and thought‑leadership initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced life‑sciences degree preferred.
• 5–7+ years of management consulting experience in life sciences.
• Proven experience leading projects and managing client relationships.

• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
