Manager, Office of Pro Acceleration

About the role

The Pro customer represents a $700 billion market opportunity for The Home Depot. The Office of Pro Acceleration brings together enterprise teams to win more of this business. As Manager, Office of Pro Acceleration, you will support and operationalize the analytical foundation and governance behind the cross-selling engine and national account sales pipeline, working closely with senior leadership, sales teams and enterprise analytics. The role maintains forecast models, manages routine pipeline tracking and turns commercial data into actionable sales insights.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, execute and continuously improve the cross-enterprise Pro sales pipeline, tracking pipeline health metrics, lead stage progression and conversion analytics to support forecasting and sales accountability.
• Analyze customer purchase behavior, buying trends and historical cross-sell data to identify high-value white-space opportunities and share-of-wallet expansion targets for top Pro accounts.
• Maintain and refine executive reporting tools, sales dashboards and KPI tracking systems, and provide regular updates on commercial performance to leadership and partners.
• Serve as the day-to-day functional lead for Pro CRM tracking infrastructure, partnering with technology teams to refine sales enablement tools and account engagement tracking.
• Partner with sales, merchandising and operations teams to turn analytical output into sales playbooks, targeted account strategies and pitch deliverables.

Required profile

• Age 18 or older and legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a field related to the job.
• 5 years of preferred work experience; no direct reports.
• Typically reports to a Senior Manager; typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.

Required skills

• Data translation and storytelling: turning complex data sets into clear executive presentations and strategic recommendations.
• Cross-functional collaboration across sales, strategy, operations and IT teams.
• Technical proficiency in data querying and modeling with SQL and Excel to build and optimize commercial metrics across CRM and analytics platforms.
