Manager, Influencer Marketing

About the role

The Manager, Influencer Marketing will lead the creation and execution of influencer and creator strategies for Marquee Brands’ fashion and lifestyle portfolio. Based in New York with a hybrid work model, the role partners with PR, brand, social, e‑commerce and merchandising teams to deliver culturally relevant campaigns that boost awareness, engagement and consideration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives, seasonal priorities and go‑to‑market plans.
• Design paid, earned, affiliate and experiential creator programs for both always‑on and peak initiatives.
• Translate brand strategy into creator briefs, talent recommendations and activation plans.
• Identify emerging creators, platforms and partnership opportunities to expand audience reach.
• Build and maintain relationships with creators, tastemakers and cultural voices.
• Manage campaigns from concept through execution, including talent selection, negotiations, contracting, content development, approvals and performance reporting.
• Oversee paid partnerships and product‑seeding programs across multiple brands.
• Collaborate with PR, social, paid media and brand teams to integrate influencer efforts into broader marketing plans.

Required profile

• Strong strategic thinker with hands‑on execution experience in influencer marketing.
• Deep understanding of the evolving creator landscape and social commerce.
• Ability to manage multiple brands, campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and partnership skills across cross‑functional teams.
