Manager, HR Solution Architect

About the role

Join Deloitte’s HR Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) Solution Hub to design and deliver commercially sound, technology‑enabled HR managed‑services solutions for complex client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead solution design for HR BPaaS and BPO pursuits, translating client requirements into operating models.
• Develop staffing, capacity, productivity, role‑mix and pricing inputs for payroll, benefits, HR help desk, talent acquisition and learning processes.
• Evaluate delivery options across the United States, Mexico and India, assessing cost, capacity, risk and feasibility.
• Partner with sales, delivery, pricing, commercial and technology teams to validate assumptions and advance time‑sensitive pursuits.
• Apply third‑party benchmarks and automation opportunities to strengthen business cases and create reusable solution assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in HR outsourcing, BPO, shared services or HCM managed services.
• 5+ years translating client requirements into HR BPaaS solution designs, staffing models and pricing inputs.
• 3+ years building Microsoft Excel staffing calculators and scenario‑analysis models.
• Ability to travel 0–30% as needed.
