About the role
Player 15 Group is seeking an experienced Manager to lead the Guest and Premium Service team for its arena events, including basketball games, concerts and shows. The role focuses on delivering a best‑in‑class experience for premium guests across clubs, suites and group spaces.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain a premium guest experience across all touchpoints, overseeing 70+ suites, loge boxes, party suites and six premium clubs.
- Lead and schedule a team of 60+ part‑time Premium Team Members, providing on‑site leadership during events.
- Serve as Premium Manager on duty, coordinating with Guest Services Managers to ensure coverage.
- Collaborate with the Premium Services Manager on the new Premium Experiences college program.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support department initiatives.
Required profile
- Previous experience in high‑end hospitality or premium guest services.
- Proven team‑leadership experience with the ability to develop direct reports.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and building relationships.
- Experience working in arena, stadium or similar event environments is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, management or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years in a hospitality premium‑experience leadership role.
