Manager, Global Small Business Product Pricing & Interchange

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager to support global pricing and interchange strategies for its Small Business portfolios. The role will shape economics, ensure consistent application across regions, and partner with cross‑functional teams to drive high‑impact initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support management of global pricing and interchange guidelines for small‑business card products and B2B payment flows.
• Execute economic updates aligned with product‑ and market‑led strategy within a consistent framework.
• Ensure consistent application and alignment across regions and business units.
• Drive execution of key Small Business initiatives, coordinate cross‑functional efforts on high‑impact projects, and support governance processes.
• Use data and market intelligence to identify and evaluate economics and value‑optimization opportunities.
• Develop benchmarking analysis and business cases for new product economics.
• Partner with Product, Finance, Legal, Regional and other teams to align go‑to‑market solutions and manage stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in payments, B2B commerce, interchange or pricing strategy, preferably in a network, bank, fintech or consultancy.
• Strong understanding of small‑business banking, commercial payments and card economics.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven stakeholder‑management ability in a global matrix environment.
• Experience supporting policies, processes or governance frameworks.
• Solid project‑management and organizational skills.
