About the role
Lead the manufacturing process capability of Engineering and Maintenance systems at 3M, collaborating with global teams to align capability with plant operating changes.
Key responsibilities
- Apply manufacturing and plant knowledge to define operational functionality and value.
- Work cross‑functionally to evaluate design and operational issues related to Engineering and Maintenance applications and assist in resolution.
- Lead gap solutioning, alternative problem solving, and mentor a high‑performing IT team.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- At least three years of enterprise operations or manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
- Three years of experience leading projects and working with IT/OT systems.
Required skills
- IT systems experience.
- OT (operational technology) systems experience.
- Business process knowledge.
