Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead forecasting and budgeting for the full income statement, partnering with internal teams to develop revenue and COGS budgets and support department‑level planning.

Key responsibilities

• Build detailed revenue forecasts and budgets, including assumptions and scenario analysis.
• Partner with department heads to develop and update department‑level budgets.
• Support monthly reporting, analyze actual results versus budget, and identify performance drivers.
• Develop and maintain financial models for long‑range planning and strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to investor reports, financial packages, and ad‑hoc reporting needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years relevant experience, with at least 3 years in FP&A focus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.

Required skills

• Mastery of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience building budgets, forecasts and financial models.
• Familiarity with AI tools and structured data sets for financial analysis (a plus).
• Understanding of accounting concepts applied to budgeting and forecasting.
