Manager, Creative

About the role

The Manager, Creative owns creative delivery end-to-end, from brief to final assets, ensuring brand consistency, strategic alignment and attention to detail. The role oversees briefs, content matrices and concepts so that outputs are strategically grounded, visually compelling and aligned with business objectives. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Creative, the manager leads an internal team of designers, copywriters and production specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Support production shoot logistics and review shooting boards to ensure the right content is captured and approved (about 25%).
• Ensure creative concepts and final content fit the available budget and resourcing, and approve asset plans that may deviate from the plan (about 10%).
• Lead all stages of creative development, including creative briefs, content strategy and execution, giving real-time feedback (about 65%).
• Provide oversight and guidance to creative teams, agencies and/or specialists, and support all stages of creative production.

Required profile

• 18 years of age or older, legally permitted to work in the United States.
• 7-10+ years of experience in creative leadership, including art direction and/or content strategy roles in an agency or in-house setting.
• Strong portfolio or demonstrated experience in visual storytelling, campaign development and strategic content thinking across platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage the creative development lifecycle from strategy through delivery.
• Preferred: 2 years of leadership experience; bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and creative project management tools such as Workfront (preferred).
• Project management skills, negotiation and dispute resolution, and stakeholder management (preferred).
