About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Chief of Staff to support the Vice President, Chief of Staff within Corporate Technology Solutions. The role sits at the heart of strategic execution, helping translate priorities into actionable plans and ensuring smooth operation across senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders, extending leadership capacity and driving organizational effectiveness.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear, executable plans and oversee disciplined delivery across major modernization and transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, align stakeholders, and monitor progress to ensure initiatives stay on track.
• Facilitate decision‑making processes, prepare briefing materials, and manage follow‑up on key actions.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, bringing structure and follow‑through to complex projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment, preferably within technology or financial services.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a track record of delivering results.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of partnering with senior executives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, drive alignment, and maintain operational rigor.
