Manager, Business Initiatives and Data Management

About the role

Invesco, a leading global investment firm, is seeking a Manager to lead Business Initiatives and Data Management for its ITC function. The role will drive the business intelligence program, shape strategic initiatives, and act as the primary data owner for internal reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate, execute, and refine a self‑service reporting model using PowerBI, Power Query and Snowflake.
• Transform raw data into interactive dashboards with advanced DAX and maintain secure data models.
• Partner with ITC technical resources to plan, prioritize and deliver technology projects.
• Serve as the data and internal reporting owner, providing training and access to business partners.
• Lead strategic business initiatives, conduct current‑state analysis and develop future‑state recommendations.
• Write and refine AI prompts and LLM workflows to automate narrative summaries and DAX documentation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry with increasing responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or related field.
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with internal partners.
• Broad understanding of investment operations, institutional funds and related regulatory issues.
