Managed Services Real Estate Fund Accounting Manager

About the role

As a Managed Services Real Estate Fund Level Accounting & Reporting Manager, you will lead outsourced accounting solutions that improve client operations, reduce costs, and boost efficiency. Working within PwC's Assurance practice, you will oversee transition projects, manage delivery teams, and drive continuous improvement across real‑estate fund accounting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the transition and ongoing management of outsourced real‑estate fund accounting services.
• Oversee delivery teams to optimise processes, enhance service efficiency and ensure high‑quality output.
• Plan, budget, execute and complete projects in line with client expectations.
• Implement continuous‑improvement strategies for managed‑services tools and workflows.
• Analyse system components, identify interactions and optimise performance.
• Coach team members, leveraging their strengths and developing new capabilities.
• Engage in strategic business‑transformation initiatives and stakeholder management.
• Utilise automation frameworks to improve operational performance and service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Background in business administration, management or engineering is preferred.
• Experience with real‑estate fund accounting, multi‑entity consolidations, intercompany eliminations and US GAAP/IFRS reporting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with real‑estate accounting platforms such as Yardi.
• Experience using Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) or similar consolidation tools.
• Knowledge of automation frameworks for process improvement.
