Managed Services Consultant - Align

About the role

Veeva Systems seeks a Managed Services Consultant for its Align team to provide post‑implementation consulting and administration for life‑science customers using Veeva Align. This remote, full‑time position supports multiple clients, ensuring successful territory alignment and data integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide ongoing consulting and expert administrative support for multiple Veeva Align clients, including quarterly territory alignment execution, impact analysis, configuration, communication, and change management.
• Maintain accurate roster data, manage large datasets, ensure data quality, and oversee upstream/downstream integrations with CRM and other systems.
• Configure new Veeva Align functionalities, create reports and dashboards, and troubleshoot client‑reported issues.
• Manage client interactions, set expectations, and communicate clearly while developing subject‑matter expertise in life‑sciences and Veeva solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work remotely and independently across multiple clients.
• Strong data‑management and process‑analysis skills, with proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access, or SQL.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; legally authorized to work in the United States.
