Male Youth Ministry Leader

About the role

This full‑time position supports the Youth Director in shaping the vision and daily rhythm of Cornerstone Youth. The Associate Director will teach, shepherd students and leaders, and manage key operational systems, acting as a stabilizing and energizing presence.

Key responsibilities

• Own weekly ministry rhythms, leader development, youth culture, and student discipleship.
• Serve as the right hand to the Youth Director, translating vision into clear systems and execution.
• Lead and shepherd small‑group leaders for middle and high school students.
• Teach regularly on Wednesday nights with theological depth and pastoral sensitivity.
• Oversee student leadership training, discipleship environments, and school‑based outreach.
• Manage major systems such as calendars, event workflows, communication flow, Asana/project management, and the ministry playbook.
• Plan and execute youth retreats, trips, trainings, and major events, handling logistics, budgets, and timelines.
• Collaborate weekly with the Youth Director on strategic planning and with communications, worship, and creative teams to align vision.
