Make Ready Technician – Summit Pointe

About the role

The Make Ready Technician ensures vacant apartments are restored to market‑ready condition by performing technical and mechanical work that meets Greystar’s quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Complete all repairs and improvements on vacant units according to the community’s make‑ready checklist.
• Caulk and seal windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs and showers as needed.
• Inspect sheetrock for damage and perform repairs or replacements.
• Apply touch‑up paint to vacant and occupied units under supervisor direction.
• Maintain common areas by pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, picking up trash, and painting curbs and signage.
• Document completed work promptly and adhere to safety and risk‑management policies.

Required profile

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including on‑call evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders and lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance).
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
