Pool Attendant – Community Pool Care

About the role

Greystar is seeking a reliable Pool Attendant to maintain the safety, cleanliness, and appearance of the community pool area at Summit Pointe. You will ensure that residents enjoy a well‑kept and safe swimming environment while adhering to company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Clean pools and hot tubs, removing debris and vacuuming dirt and grime as needed.
• Maintain the overall appearance of the pool area, including grounds, furniture, and building exteriors.
• Enforce posted pool rules to ensure the well‑being of all users.
• Maintain tools and equipment, request replacements, and assist in stocking inventory.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and internal staff.
• Assist Service Technicians with duties as requested.

Required profile

• Ability to perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Strong attention to safety and appearance standards.
• Willingness to enforce pool rules consistently.
• Customer‑service orientation for interacting with residents.
