Make-Ready Specialist – Apartment Turnover

About the role

The Make-Ready Specialist ensures vacant apartment units are prepared to Greystar’s quality standards for re‑leasing. This onsite role involves performing technical and mechanical work to turn units into market‑ready homes.

Key responsibilities

• Complete all repairs and improvements to apartments before new resident move‑in, following the community’s make‑ready checklist.
• Caulk and seal windows, sink areas, toilets, bathtubs and showers as needed.
• Inspect sheetrock for damage and repair or replace it.
• Perform touch‑up painting in vacant and occupied units under the direction of the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
• Assist with maintaining grounds, common areas and amenities by picking up trash and debris.

Required profile

• Ability to perform technical and mechanical repairs in residential units.
• Attention to detail to meet established quality standards.
• Willingness to follow checklists and guidance from supervisors.
