About the role
This position performs technical and mechanical work to keep the buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas of the property meeting Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and overall functionality. The role is based in Seattle and supports resident requests as well as routine property upkeep.
Key responsibilities
- Complete assigned work orders generated from resident service requests, diagnosing the source of defects and making repairs in accordance with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
- Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and common areas to ensure ongoing reliability and compliance.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors and contractors, and obtaining necessary supplies.
- Maintain the physical aspects of the property to meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and overall functionality.
