Maintenance Technician with $500 Sign-On Bonus

About the role

The Maintenance Technician ensures the physical aspects of The Lodge at Overland meet Greystar’s standards for safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time position includes a $500 sign‑on bonus and a competitive hourly wage.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and repairing according to policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Maintain inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment, tracking usage and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Assist with grounds and common area upkeep such as trash removal, pressure‑washing, general cleaning, and painting of curbs and signage.

Required profile

• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance).
• Willingness to be on call during evenings, weekends, and holidays and to travel occasionally to other properties.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart when required.

Required skills

• EPA Type 1 certification for refrigerant recycling.
• EPA Type 2 certification for refrigerant recycling.
• Universal refrigerant recycling certification.
