Maintenance Technician – THEA (Full‑time)

About the role

The Maintenance Technician – THEA will be responsible for ensuring that the physical aspects of the Metropolis property, including buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Los Angeles.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose defects or problems and carry out repairs in accordance with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Maintain the appearance and operational condition of high‑rise building systems and common areas.
• Document work performed and communicate status to supervisors.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a high‑rise environment.
• Ability to work weekends as required.
• Eligibility for a 20 % housing discount.

Required skills

• Technical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of building systems and code compliance.
