Maintenance Technician – The M Club

About the role

The Maintenance Technician for The M Club will ensure that all building systems, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for safety, cleanliness, and functionality. This onsite role supports resident satisfaction by responding quickly to service requests and preparing units for new occupants.

Key responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and preventative maintenance work orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, tracking usage and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Document all work orders and maintenance activities accurately and promptly.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by removing trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, performing general cleaning, and painting curbs or signage as required.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing parts when feasible and minimizing waste of materials and supplies.

Required profile

• Ability to follow Greystar’s safety and risk‑management policies and attend routine safety meetings.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate documentation and quality inspections.
• Capability to coordinate with vendors and contractors to schedule and complete work.
