About the role

The Maintenance Technician ensures that the physical aspects of The Bricks at Perimeter Center meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time position supports a mid‑rise, stabilized community of 446 units in Dunwoody, Georgia.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete work orders generated from resident service requests, diagnosing the source of defects and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
  • Perform preventative maintenance throughout the property to reduce future service calls.
  • Execute the “make‑ready” process, preparing vacant apartments for new lease‑ups and move‑ins.
  • Adhere to a Monday‑Friday schedule with a rotating on‑call rotation as needed.

Required profile

  • Full‑time availability with willingness to work a rotating on‑call schedule.
  • Ability to perform technical and mechanical tasks in a property environment.
  • Commitment to follow established safety procedures and regulatory codes.
