Maintenance Technician – Rockledge, FL

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Maintenance Technician to join our property management team in Rockledge, FL. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will ensure our garden‑style apartments are safe, functional, and ready for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service to residents and internal teams.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs including painting, plumbing, electrical fixtures, HVAC, carpentry, and general upkeep.
• Respond quickly to service requests and ensure apartments are move‑in ready.
• Coordinate with vendors for specialized projects such as landscaping and asphalt repairs.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily housing.
• Positive, proactive attitude with strong work ethic.
• Team‑oriented mindset and solid communication skills.
